Due to the nature of research and laboratory products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Approved issues may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
